Welcome to Pamper Me Mobile Salon (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Martin Patenaude. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We provide professional mobile salon services at your chosen location. Availability of services depends on scheduling, location, and resources. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise unsuitable.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website booking page.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, e-transfer, or other payment methods confirmed at booking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service delivery, clients must:
- Provide accurate address and contact information.
- Ensure the service location is clean, accessible, and safe.
- Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions relevant to services.
5. Health & Safety
We follow professional health and safety guidelines. We are not responsible for adverse reactions if relevant health information is not disclosed.
6. Liability
- Pamper Me Mobile Salon and Martin Patenaude are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from the misuse of products or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, emergencies).
7. Privacy
Your personal information will be collected, used, and safeguarded according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, and materials provided by Pamper Me Mobile Salon are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if conduct is unsafe, inappropriate, or unlawful.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting, with the “Effective Date” above revised accordingly.
